Using the site

The menu on the left will take you to the main sections where you can:

• Track a delivery
• Update your Customer Connect software via the downloads section
• Manage your account

Need help?

Your local depot APC will be pleased to assist – call them on for:

• Questions about your delivery
• Help with using this system
• Information you'll need to register for online tracking (your account number and the depot's identifying number)
• Hard copies of paper POD signatures, or help finding electronic signatures on the website

Your local depot also has direct line access to the APC Overnight Hub if they need to escalate issues.
